Digital Delivery Policy

OptiFuel Nutrition sells digital products only.
We do not sell or ship physical items at this time.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Physical Shipping

All products available on optifuelnutrition.shop are delivered electronically.

We do not:

  • Ship physical goods

  • Offer courier delivery

  • Provide shipping addresses

  • Issue tracking numbers

If we expand into physical supplements in the future, a separate shipping policy will apply.

2. Digital Product Delivery

All workout guides and digital programs are delivered instantly after successful payment via:

  • A download link displayed on the checkout confirmation page

  • An email sent to the address provided at purchase

Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 5 minutes, depending on your email provider.

3. If You Do Not Receive Your Product

If you have not received your digital product within 10 minutes, please:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder

  2. Confirm that your email address was entered correctly

  3. Wait a few additional minutes in case of email delay

4. Incorrect Email Address

OptiFuel Nutrition is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email entry during checkout.

However, if you entered the wrong email address:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

  • Provide proof of purchase or order number

We will update your email and re-send your product.

5. Download Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Download and save the product after delivery

  • Ensure their device supports PDF or relevant file formats

  • Maintain secure access to their email

We are not responsible for:

  • Device incompatibility

  • Loss of files after download

  • Internet connectivity issues

6. Refunds & Digital Nature of Products

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refunds are only considered under limited circumstances outlined in that policy.
